Duomo di Milano

This historic cathedral is dedicated to the Santa Maria Nascente and is the fifth largest in the world. Completing this awe-inspiring structure took almost six centuries and thus many human lifetimes. It has – among other things – housed the coronation of Napoleon Bonaparte as King of Italy in 1805.

The patience and collaboration needed to create this formidable architectural icon almost exceeds comprehension. Dedication is possibly the most fundamental value at Fonti di Crodo, and we respect the devotion of the Milanese architects and workers deeply.
